TMM 10i High Frequency PCB

Introduction

Rogers’ TMM10i microwave material is a ceramic thermoset polymer composite designed for high plated thru-hole reliability strip-line and micro-strip applications. This cutting-edge material combines the best qualities of ceramic and PTFE substrates while incorporating soft substrate processing techniques for effortless fabrication.

TMM10i laminates possess isotropic dielectric constant and coefficients of thermal expansion. The CTE closely aligns with copper that enables the creation of highly reliable plated through holes and minimizing etch shrinkage. Additionally, the thermal conductivity of TMM10i laminates is approximately double that of conventional PTFE/ceramic laminates, thus enhancing heat dissipation capabilities.
